Serve more people without more hours.
Nine in ten nonprofits already use AI. Fewer than one in ten see real results. We show small nonprofits where AI actually pays off, set it up, and hand you a policy your board can adopt. In person, 20 minutes away.
Can't cover the full audit? A local business sponsor can help. Details below.
The work that eats a small staff
Intake calls go to voicemail while you're with a client.
A first-time donor waits a week for a thank-you.
The funder report is due Friday and nobody has started.
Shift questions land on the one person at the desk.
The board asks “what's our AI policy?” and there isn't one.
You pay for tools you could get free as a 501(c)(3).
A clear look at how your work flows, and where AI helps first
Most AI advice is hype or a software pitch. Ours starts with how your organization actually runs. We look first, then recommend. Nothing gets bought on day one.
A map
How people find you, how intake and programs run, how donors and volunteers are kept, with the time drains marked.
A ranked list
Every opportunity placed by impact and effort, so the quick wins come first and the money pits get named.
The math
What each fix is worth in your numbers: hours back, donors kept, calls answered. No borrowed industry stats.
Six things you keep, whether or not you hire us after
Process map and ranked opportunities
Your workflows with time drains marked, and every idea ranked with reasons.
Top 3 opportunity briefs
Today vs. with AI, in hours back for your mission.
90-day roadmap
Quick wins first, bigger builds after, with costs.
Custom AI use policy
Which tools, which data, who reviews. Written for your organization; your board or attorney has the final say.
One-page board brief
Why the policy matters, and the questions boards ask, answered.
Free-software plan
What you qualify for as a 501(c)(3) and how to claim it.
Set up on your computer during the audit and yours to keep, with no monthly charge. Support for it comes with any monthly plan.
Free software you may already qualify for
Most small nonprofits pay for tools they could get free, and miss the ones that come with real money attached. One verification unlocks most of this list. We check what you qualify for as part of your audit.
Google Workspace
Gmail on your domain, Drive, Meet, the Gemini app and NotebookLM.
Google Ad Grants
Google search ads that bring people to your programs, if you keep the account healthy.
Canva for Nonprofits
Full Canva Teams for up to 50 people, including AI design tools.
Claude and ChatGPT
Team and Business plans that don't train on your data.
Microsoft 365
Business Basic free for up to 300 users; Premium 75% off.
And more
Slack, Adobe Express, Box, Salesforce (10 licenses), Zoom and Asana.
Terms as of September 2026; vendors change them. Eligibility usually means a 501(c)(3) with its own EIN; churches and fiscally sponsored projects have different rules.
One audit, with a way to share the cost
Most small nonprofits are $850. Larger teams are $2,500. The audit includes your policy, board brief, free-software plan and morning brief.
- You plus one or two staff interviewed
- Policy, board brief and free-software plan included
- Morning brief bonus
- A local business that believes in your work pays the other half
- You make the ask; we give you a one-pager to hand them
- Results are shared with your sponsor only with your written OK
- Bigger staff or several programs and sites
- Leaders and staff interviewed
- Everything in the standard audit
After the audit, a typical monthly investment is $400 to $600 to run and improve your AI. Free nonprofit software brings your costs down further. Entry point: Voice Mail Extended, our AI receptionist, from $145 a month. Month to month. Prices as of September 2026.
Local businesses giving back, automatically. Through the 850 Club, participating merchants reward Love It Local members and give a share of those sales to a local nonprofit every month. We track it and send the statements. Ask on your call how your nonprofit can be matched with a sponsor.
Four promises
People run your audit
Every conversation is with a person. We don't send a bot to interview you or your staff.
Your data stays yours
Team accounts that don't train on your data. Client, case and health details stay out of tools that aren't built for them.
You send, we draft
Donation requests and donor messages are drafted for your review and sent by you from your own accounts. We never contact your donors.
We're local
Based on the Emerald Coast, 20 minutes away, not a call center.
Book your 20-minute discovery call
The call tells us both whether an audit or a specific AI tool is the right next step. If it is, we schedule your audit visit and, if you want one, the conversation with a sponsor. No pitch until you ask for one.
Discovery call
20 minutes by phone or video. Your mission, what you've tried, and whether an audit fits.
Audit visit
We research your organization first, then spend time on site with you and your staff.
Findings meeting
Your roadmap, policy and free-software plan, in person. You decide what happens next.

Book your discovery call →What directors ask us
Are you going to sell us software?
Not on day one. The audit is about how your organization runs. If a tool makes sense, you'll see why in your own numbers, and you decide. Many of the tools we recommend to nonprofits are free.
Is our donor and client data safe?
We set things up on team accounts with written terms that your data isn't used to train the model. Client health, case and minors' information never goes into AI tools without the right safeguards in place. Your policy spells this out.
Will you contact our donors?
No. We draft, you review and send from your own accounts. Your donor list stays in your systems.
We're all volunteers. Is this for us?
The audit is built for organizations with at least one paid staff member, because someone has to own the tools day to day. If you're all volunteer, book the call anyway; the free-software plan alone may be worth it.
How much of our time does it take?
A 20-minute discovery call, about 90 minutes with us on site, a 30-minute check-in on the plan, and the findings meeting.
Can a grant pay for this?
Sometimes, as capacity building or as part of a program grant. We itemize the invoice so it fits either. Ask on the call.
Do we have to buy anything after?
No. The roadmap, policy, free-software plan and morning brief are yours to keep. Anything we build afterward is month to month.
